    Having Problems in Windows7 or Vista with Civil Essentials?

    If you've recently started using Windows 7 or Vista you'll probably find lots of great new things with those operating systems, but sometimes they have made things more complicated than necessary.

    Checking the status of network licenses for Civil Essentials

    There is a DOS command that you can use to display the status of the Civil Essentials licenses, as well see who has any licenses checked out. You'll have to know where your Civil Essentials software is installed, and you also have to know the name of your license server in order to do this.



    You'll have to start a command prompt to do this, from Windows XP you can select from the start menu "Start" -> "Run" and then enter in cmd and press OK to start the command… Continue
